Starts at $400.00 and increases based on the size of building.

AM I ABLE TO ATTEND THE INSPECTION?

You are encouraged to attend at the end of the inspection for a full briefing. In the event that you cannot attend, you will find our detailed report includes many photos. See below for report details.

WHAT TYPE OF REPORT DO I RECEIVE?

We provide the visual report via email. Our reports are extremely comprehensive and include pictures. They are typically 25-35 pages. Click here for more information on our reports.

SHOULD I TEST FOR RADON?

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer. Radon testing is optional at an additional charge. We recommend you visit the EPA website at www.epa.gov/radon to learn more.

WHAT DOES A CONSULTATION CONSIST OF?

Time purchased to review (on-site) or discuss any components of the home/building. This service does not include a written report.

WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY INSPECTION?

You should contact us immediately after your purchase agreement is finalized. Typically, buyers have only 10 days to complete inspections after their purchase agreement has been accepted.
